The City has contracted with MWH Constructors Inc. & Slayden Construction Group Inc., a Joint Venture (Joint Venture) as the GC/CM for the Project. The Joint Venture is requesting vendors to submit quotes for the "Phase 1 Balance of Work Package" by Work Package's listed below: -Work Package P-07 - Supply Submersible Horizontal Propeller Pumps and Submersible Mixers. -Work Package P-08 - Supply Coarse Bubble Air Diffuser System. -Work Package P-09 - Supply Slide Gates. -Work Package P-10 - Supply Redi Rock - Retaining Wall Blocks. -Work Package P-11 - Supply Ultrablock - Retaining Wall Blocks. -Work Package P-12 - Supply Mechanical Piping Materials whole and complete for Blower Building, Pump Station, and Aeration Basins. Includes Ductile Iron Pipe, Stainless Steel Pipe, Wall Sleeves and Seals, Nut, Bolt, & Gasket Kits, Couplings, All Valves, All Pipe Supports, and any other Miscellaneous Specialties. SECOND TRAFFIC STUDY MEETING PROJECT: Stone Horse at Wandermere DATE/TIME:Tuesday May 2, 2017 6 PM to 7 PM LOCATION:Northwood Middle School Library 13120 N. Pittsburg (North of Farwell Road, West of U.S. 2) The proposal includes con- struction of up to 212 multi-family units on 14.11-acres of undeveloped property aligned north of Center Road and west of Pittsburg Street in north Spokane County. The second public meet- ing will be held to discuss conclusions and recommen- dations of a development traffic study. Those interested are welcome to attend and comment. The public meetings and traffic study have been performed in support of a comprehensive plan amendment and zone change process. Spokane County is the lead review agency for this project.
